Admissions & Eligibility

How do I apply for admission at Monark University?

We offer a flexible two-way admission process:
● Online: Visit our website’s Admissions portal, register yourself, fill out the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee online. ● Offline: Walk directly into our Campus Admission Cell in Vahelal, fill out the physical application form, and submit your documents.

Does Monark University accept ACPC choices for professional courses?

Yes. Admissions to professional programs such as B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, and Pharmacy strictly comply with the regulations and seat allotment rounds of the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat.

What documents do I need to keep ready during admission?

Please prepare original and self-attested photocopies of:
● Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates
● School Leaving Certificate (LC) / Transfer Certificate (TC)
● Graduation Degree & Mark sheets (for PG applicants)
● Valid Entrance Scorecard (GUJCET, JEE, NEET, CMAT, as applicable)

What is the minimum attendance requirement?

To be eligible to sit for the end-semester examinations, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in both theoretical lectures and practical laboratory sessions.

Does the university offer Ph.D. programs?

Yes. Monark University has a thriving research ecosystem offering Ph.D. programs in disciplines ranging from Engineering and Computer Science to Commerce, Management, and Applied Sciences. Admissions are conducted twice a year via an entrance test and interview.

Fees & Financial Aid

How can I pay my academic and accommodation fees?

Fees can be paid online via net banking, UPI, debit/credit cards through our student ERP portal, or offline via a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of Monark University.

Are government scholarships accepted at Monark University?

Yes. We provide comprehensive residential facilities with separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels feature 24/7 security, Wi-Fi connectivity, drinking water, and an attached mess serving hygienic vegetarian meals.

What safety measures are in place on campus?

Zero Tolerance Policy: Monark University is a completely ragging-free campus.
The entire campus is monitored 24/7 by CCTV surveillance. We have active anti-raggingcommittees, an internal complaints committee (ICC), and round-the-clock security personnel at all entry/exit points.

Does the university provide transportation/bus services?

Yes, Monark University operates a dedicated fleet of buses connecting the Vahelal campus to major hubs across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for commuting students and staff.

Placements & Internships

How does the Training & Placement (T&P) Cell assist students?

Our dedicated T&P Cell operates year-round to build industry-readiness. The team curates pre-placement training modules, mock interviews, soft-skill workshops, and invites premier corporate firms to campus for recruitment drives.

Are internships mandatory?
