Monark University offers LL.B. Three Year Degree Course designed for students interested in pursuing a career in law. The LL.B. is tailored for individuals with an existing undergraduate degree who wish to transition into legal studies over three years. This program allows students to delve into essential law modules while having the flexibility to choose the LL.B. course options aligned with their interests. The LL.B. program aims to develop competent legal professionals equipped with a strong foundation in legal principles, critical thinking, and ethical practice. Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)
Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) of the LL.B. program focus on developing practical legal competencies and professional skills. Graduates will be able to apply substantive and procedural laws in real-life situations, conduct effective legal research using appropriate tools, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and opinions. They will demonstrate advocacy skills in mooting and court proceedings, and provide basic legal advice with ethical responsibility. Students will understand the functioning of courts, tribunals, and legal institutions, and address issues related to human rights and social justice. The program prepares learners for careers in litigation, corporate practice, and public service.

Internship Detail
In order to give students early exposure to real-world industry settings and practical applications of their academic knowledge, a one-month internship is held at the start of Semester 6 in BCA (Hons.). It facilitates the development of practical technical skills, an understanding of workplace dynamics and an understanding of current industry trends by bridging the gap between theoretical learning and professional experience.
