The Summer Internship Programme is an integral part of the MBA curriculum, conducted after the first year for a duration of 1.5 months and is designed to provide managerial exposure to real-world business and corporate environments. During this period, students are required to undergo structured industry training with organizations where they are entrusted with live projects, business research assignments, process analysis and functional responsibilities. This experience enables them to apply management concepts, understand organizational systems and develop strategic thinking, analytical ability, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Students are required to maintain regular progress records, follow professional ethics and remain in coordination with their faculty guide. At the end of the internship, they must submit a comprehensive project report and present their learning outcomes through a viva voce or presentation. Overall, the internship strengthens communication, teamwork, leadership and managerial competencies while bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, preparing students for successful professional careers.
