A Bachelor of pharmacy will be awarded by Monark University upon successful completion of the four-year programme. The course's main aim is to give students an inclusive approach that will prepare them for working as pharmacists. The institute has a full-time academic faculty that is highly qualified and experienced in its pursuit of achieving its goals and offering high-quality education. This course equips students with the knowledge and abilities to manage a pharmacy, to actively participate in the social healthcare system, and to provide hands-on training using cutting-edge equipments to fulfill the demands of the pharmacy profession. Additionally, it develops future pharmacists with leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Program Outcomes

Pharmacy degree holders are known as pharmacist. Pharmacist is a medical specialist that deals with the study of all aspects of treatment of all kinds of illnesses. The students are qualified to submit an application for registration as a pharmacist after completing the study programme.

They are knowledgeable about the fundamental concepts related to the field of pharmacy, such as manufacturing procedures, biological sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, behavioural, social, and administrative pharmacy sciences. The pharmacist helps in reestablishing the patient's regular way of life by helping them in curing of diseases. In accordance with the ongoing demand for the expansion of the pharmacy profession, they can contribute as hospital pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, and retail/wholesale pharmacists.

They acquire the identity of a pharmacist in order to understand, assess, and communicate the significance of their professional tasks in society (e.g. health care professionals, suppliers of pharmaceuticals, manufacturers, promoters of health, educators, business managers, employers and marketing representatives)

Eligibility Criteria

Students shall have passed std. 12 (Science stream) from Single Board with 3 subjects with Physics and Chemistry as 2 compulsory subjects and third subject as optional subject from Mathematics or Biotechnology or Biology.Shall have appeared in Entrance Examination GUJCET-2021 (95% seats of total Sanctioned Intake) or JEE (Main)-2021/ NEET-2021 (for 5% seats of total sanctioned Intake).
